These terms apply to anyone who opens or uses an account on casinolevant. Access is available where local law in your region permits it. By continuing to use the platform, you confirm you have read and accepted these terms in full.

We may update these terms when required by regulatory changes or platform updates. We notify account holders by email at least seven days before a material change takes effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated version.

On account closure, we retain transaction and identity records for the period required under applicable financial law. Once that retention period ends, personal data is deleted or anonymised. You may request a data-deletion confirmation from our support team.

Deposits and withdrawals are processed through UPI, Paytm and PhonePe. Each method is subject to its own processing limits and your local banking rules. We do not accept payment methods from outside the supported list in these terms.

You may not use automated tools, bots or coordinated accounts to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional mechanics. Any attempt to do so results in account suspension and forfeiture of pending payouts, as detailed in the conduct clause of these terms.
